David Haboubi

David has over 20 years of nuclear and power experience, and the first half of his career was dedicated to the UK’s nuclear power industry. Since 2012, he has been based in the UAE and has grown SNC-Lavalin’s nuclear business to become the largest and most trusted nuclear and power advisor across the region. His remit also covers net zero energy, and his team have been instrumental in some of the GCC’s most complex and first of a kind renewable and hydrogen project. David is a chartered Mechanical Engineer, graduating from Imperial College, London.
